The director’s documentary Akoyolowa – Covering the Soul won the Fondo para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico in 2024 and was selected for the Latin American Lab at the Morelia Film Festival. Her short film Jülapüin Yonna received support from the Consejo Nacional de las Artes y la Cultura en Cinematografía in Colombia. Her debut feature film, La danza del perdón, is currently in development and has been selected for the Macondo Lab development programme, the Impact in Production Residency and the Desde la raíz Residency.
