迈哈德·塞帕尼亚 Mehrad Sepahnia

Mehrad Sepahnia (1986, Tehran) is filmmaker based in Berlin. He conducts research at the interface between the practice of experimental film and critical film formats. In his film projects, he try to create spaces for encounters in which the emancipatory perspective is expressed through the examination of image, sound, and time.
