Thales Junqueira was born in 1987 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Currently living in Recife, he is a Production Designer and Art Director. Throughout his career he has collaborated with important names in Brazilian cinema, such as Anna Muylaert, Gabriel Mascaro, Kleber Mendonça Filho and Sandra Kogut.
