凯特·达赫蒂 Kate Doherty

Born and raised in Rochdale, Lancashire, Kate often draws upon her strong working class roots to bring truth to the playing of everyday women, particularity those women whose voices are never heard. Based in London for many years now and drama school trained, her forty year career has been developed through devising and improvisation work with directors such as Mike Leigh (Secrets and Lies and Topsy-Turvy) as well as many social-issue based TV dramas: EastEnders, Casualty, Doctors, Brookside and The Bill.
