Elifcan Ongurlar graduated from theatre department of Beykent University. She is best known for role Bahar in hit surreal comedy series "Leyla ile Mecnun", as Seher in series "Kayip Sehir" and in film "Atesin Dustugu Yer" which was selected as the Turkish entry for the Best Foreign Language Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards..
