阮卢克 Luke Nguyen (1978年9月8日)

70年代，全家离开西贡。1978年，Luke Nguyen出生在泰国的一间难民营。后来，全家移居澳大利亚。父母在费尔菲尔德的Cabramatta开了一家名叫雨伞米粉（Pho Umbrella）的越南菜餐厅。5岁时父亲教他烹饪。长大后，在姐姐的帮助下，Luke Nguyen开设个人餐厅。23岁时便拥有名闻全城的餐厅“红灯笼”（ Đèn lồng đỏ ）。2007年后陆续出版美食书籍《红灯笼的秘密》（Secrets of the Red Lantern），《沙巴之歌》（The song of Sapa），《越南美食》（The food of Vietnam），《我的湄公河》（Luke Nguyen’s greater MeKong），《亚洲街头风味小吃》（Street Food Asia）.主持电视节目Luke Nguyen‘s VietnamLuke Nguyen's Greater MekongLuke Nguyen's FranceLuke Nguyen's U.K获奖荣誉Restaurant and Catering Ethnic Business Award 2008
