萨尔瓦托·梅鲁 Salvatore Mereu

Salvatore Mereu made a remarkable debut with Three Steps Dancing (2003), which won the Venice Critics' Week award. His second film, Sonetàula (2008), was showcased in the Panorama section of the Berlinale. Pretty Butterflies (2012), after being presented in Venice, won the Big Screen Award in Rotterdam and participated in Locarno's "L'immagine e la parola". Assandira (2020), and Bentu (2022) were screened at the Venice Film Festival.
