The Brazilian filmmaker has to date produced over 20 feature films and directed 15. His work has won awards at film festivals including Rio de Janeiro, Mar del Plata, Moscow and Montevideo. His film Sweet Power screened in the 1997 Berlinale Forum while Another Love Story was presented in the 2008 Panorama.
