Dimitri Isayev was born in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) in the former Soviet Union into a family with strong connections to the performing arts through his parents' involvement with the Bolshoi Theater. sayev held a number of jobs prior to entering the Saint Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academyfrom which he subsequently graduated in 1996.He has been married three times and twice divorced
